IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE BORED TRADER WEBSITE OR INTERACTING WITH ANY RELATED DIGITAL ASSETS.
Bored Trader is an experimental blockchain-based community project that may include NFTs, tokens, digital collectibles, burns, claims, mints, swaps, and other on-chain functionality. Participation is voluntary and involves substantial technological, market, financial, and regulatory risks.
By participating, you acknowledge that the project is experimental and that things may not work as intended.
01Participation Is Not an Investment
Bored Trader digital assets are intended for use within the project's community and ecosystem. They are not sold or distributed as shares, securities, ownership interests, or interests in the assets, business, revenue, or profits of any company or individual.
Owning or acquiring a Bored Trader NFT or token does not give you:
- ·An ownership interest in Bored Trader or any associated entity
- ·Equity or stock
- ·Voting or shareholder rights
- ·Rights to dividends or distributions
- ·A claim against project assets
- ·A right to project revenue or profits
- ·A promise of appreciation or financial return
Any value a digital asset may have in a secondary market is determined by market participants and is not guaranteed by Bored Trader or its contributors.
02Experimental Project - Things Can Go Wrong
Bored Trader is an experimental project utilizing relatively new and evolving blockchain technology.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to design, test, and operate the project properly, there is no guarantee that every feature will function as intended.
Unexpected technical, operational, blockchain, smart-contract, infrastructure, third-party, or other issues may occur. For example:
- ·An NFT may fail to mint correctly
- ·An NFT may be transferred incorrectly or become inaccessible
- ·A burn transaction may fail or produce an unexpected result
- ·NFTs or tokens may become permanently inaccessible
- ·A smart contract may contain an undiscovered bug
- ·A launch may be delayed, interrupted, modified, or fail entirely
- ·Website functionality may become unavailable
- ·Blockchain congestion or network issues may interfere with transactions
- ·A feature may not work across every wallet or platform
- ·Planned functionality may ultimately be impossible to implement as intended
There is no guarantee that the NFT launch, token launch, burn mechanisms, claims, rewards, trading functionality, or any other planned feature will operate successfully.
You are voluntarily assuming these risks when participating.
03Community Rewards and Participation Mechanics
Bored Trader may make certain NFTs, tokens, allocations, or other digital assets available based on participation in specified community activities, including eligible NFT burns or other qualifying actions.
These mechanisms are designed as community participation and promotional mechanics.
Eligibility for a particular reward does not constitute compensation, investment income, dividends, interest, or a guaranteed financial benefit.
Bored Trader may establish eligibility requirements, modify participation parameters, change available collections, limit or discontinue particular mechanisms, or otherwise adjust the program where permitted by applicable law.
04Burns, Claims and Transactions
Some Bored Trader features may require a user to permanently destroy, transfer, or otherwise relinquish a digital asset in order to participate in another protocol function.
A burn may be irreversible.
Before confirming any transaction, you are solely responsible for understanding what you are giving up, what you may receive, the applicable transaction fees, and the smart contract with which your wallet is interacting.
Bored Trader does not guarantee that a burned, transferred, claimed, or otherwise utilized asset can be recovered.
Blockchain transactions can fail, execute differently than expected, or become permanently irreversible. You assume all risk associated with transactions you authorize.
05Security, Wallets and User Responsibility
Bored Trader intends to take reasonable measures to protect its website and project infrastructure. However, no website, smart contract, server, wallet, blockchain, or digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Security vulnerabilities, exploits, malicious attacks, compromised infrastructure, phishing, malicious websites, wallet compromises, private-key theft, user error, or other security incidents may occur despite reasonable precautions.
For your own protection, you should perform your own due diligence before interacting with the project. Users should consider:
- ·Using a dedicated burner wallet when interacting with experimental contracts
- ·Keeping significant personal assets in a separate wallet
- ·Never sharing a seed phrase or private key
- ·Carefully checking contract addresses and transaction details
- ·Reviewing transaction permissions before approving them
- ·Maintaining appropriate wallet and device security
- ·Verifying official Bored Trader communication channels before connecting a wallet
- ·Independently researching smart contracts and related infrastructure
Bored Trader strongly encourages users not to connect a wallet containing valuable assets to experimental applications.
Bored Trader and its contributors are not responsible for losses resulting from wallet compromises, stolen private keys, phishing attacks, malicious software, compromised devices, unauthorized transactions, smart-contract exploits, security breaches, third-party failures, or other events resulting in the loss or unauthorized transfer of digital assets, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
06No Guaranteed Value or Liquidity
No statement made by Bored Trader should be interpreted as a promise that an NFT, token, reward, allocation, or other digital asset will increase in value, maintain a particular price, remain liquid, or have any particular market value.
There is no guarantee that a secondary market will exist for any Bored Trader asset.
There is also no guarantee that sufficient buyers, sellers, liquidity, trading volume, marketplaces, or trading infrastructure will exist at any particular time.
You should never participate solely because you expect to sell an asset later for more than you paid or sacrificed to obtain it.
07Launch and Technical Risk
Any launch conducted by Bored Trader may be affected by circumstances outside the project's reasonable control.
These may include blockchain failures, smart-contract limitations, unexpected contract behavior, third-party infrastructure problems, wallet incompatibility, network congestion, coding errors, security incidents, marketplace failures, liquidity problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.
A planned launch is not a guarantee of a successful launch.
If technical or other circumstances prevent the project from functioning as intended, Bored Trader may modify, postpone, suspend, or discontinue the affected functionality.
08Blockchain and Smart-Contract Risks
Interaction with blockchain technology involves significant risks, including but not limited to:
- ·Smart-contract bugs or vulnerabilities
- ·Exploits or malicious attacks
- ·Blockchain network failures or congestion
- ·Incorrect wallet addresses or transactions
- ·Lost or compromised private keys
- ·Lost or inaccessible digital assets
- ·Unexpected transaction fees
- ·Front-running, bots, or other market activity
- ·Changes to blockchain infrastructure
- ·Loss of liquidity
- ·Market volatility
- ·Regulatory changes
- ·Third-party infrastructure failures
Bored Trader cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, functionality, or performance of any blockchain, wallet, marketplace, exchange, smart contract, website, or third-party service.
09Website and Smart Contracts
The Bored Trader website may provide an interface through which users can interact with blockchain-based contracts.
The website itself does not custody your assets or control your wallet.
Blockchain transactions may be executed directly by users and may occur independently of the website. Once submitted and confirmed on-chain, transactions may be irreversible and may not be capable of being canceled or reversed by Bored Trader.
Users are responsible for independently verifying contract addresses, transaction details, wallet addresses, network selection, and transaction amounts before approving any transaction.
10Project Continuation, Sustainability and Closure
Bored Trader is not obligated to operate indefinitely.
The project is intended to continue only while the founder and project ecosystem determine that continued operation is reasonably sustainable and worthwhile.
No minimum operating period, trading volume, market activity, liquidity level, or project lifespan is guaranteed.
If the launch does not proceed successfully, if trading or secondary-market activity ceases or becomes impractical, if required infrastructure becomes unavailable, if the project becomes technically or economically unsustainable, or if other circumstances make continued operation impractical, Bored Trader reserves the right, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to:
- ·Suspend or terminate project activities
- ·Stop supporting particular features
- ·Disable or discontinue the website
- ·End community reward mechanisms
- ·Stop facilitating or supporting launches
- ·Discontinue development
- ·Close the project
Participants should not assume that Bored Trader will continue indefinitely or that the website, contracts, rewards, trading activity, or secondary markets will remain available.
Closure or discontinuation of the project does not create an obligation for Bored Trader or its contributors to repurchase NFTs or tokens, provide refunds, compensate users for losses, or maintain secondary-market liquidity, except where required by applicable law.
11No Reliance on Project Communications
Information published by Bored Trader, its contributors, community members, social media accounts, websites, or other communication channels may change over time and should not be treated as a guarantee, forecast, promise, or representation of future performance.
Roadmaps, development plans, supply figures, reward structures, launch plans, timelines, and other project information may be modified, delayed, abandoned, or replaced.
Nothing should be interpreted as a promise that any proposed feature will be completed or remain available.
12Regulatory Compliance
Digital assets and blockchain activities may be subject to different laws and regulatory requirements depending on the user's location.
Bored Trader does not represent that participation is lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you may legally access the website, acquire or dispose of any related digital asset, interact with the protocol, or participate in any available feature.
Do not participate if doing so would violate the laws or regulations applicable to you.
Bored Trader may restrict access to certain features, jurisdictions, wallets, users, or activities where it determines that doing so is appropriate or necessary.
13Taxes and Professional Advice
You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax, reporting, or other legal obligations resulting from your participation in Bored Trader or your transactions involving digital assets.
Nothing provided by Bored Trader constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions involving digital assets or blockchain transactions.
14No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on the Bored Trader website, social media channels, community platforms, promotional materials, or other communications constitutes an offer or solicitation to purchase securities or any other regulated financial product.
Nothing contained in these materials should be interpreted as a recommendation that any person acquire, hold, sell, or otherwise transact in a Bored Trader digital asset.
15Third-Party Services
Bored Trader may interact with or reference third-party wallets, marketplaces, blockchain networks, applications, protocols, exchanges, websites, or other services.
Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, fees, risks, restrictions, and privacy policies.
Bored Trader does not control and is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or conduct of third-party services.

17Changes and Discontinuation
Bored Trader may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website, community program, reward mechanism, smart-contract interaction, or other project feature at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No roadmap, announcement, promotional statement, community discussion, or other communication creates an obligation to maintain a particular feature or functionality.
